Homecoming, quite simply put, is a dance that's lost all it's tradition- And we can really care less. So I'm not even going to go into it.
The way I see Homecoming is it's just a time for us to cut loose. I honestly can't tell you how many stupid things happen during homecoming. I mean it; really, really stupid things... but, actually, I think in a way, that's the only tradition homecoming has left. So, Let's not screw it up, Seniors.
One of the more pessimistic views I've seen out of all the posts, but also probably one of the views that most accurately portrays what I see in tons of people during the week. Sometimes I wonder what would happen if the seniors pulled a 180 and really put the stress on the older traditions of homecoming. Maybe not ALL of the changes have been so bad...
